Key Tips to Know Before Purchasing

 

  • Do not buy a head collar without measuring the size. Please do not buy based on experience; you must measure your dog's snout and neck circumference before purchasing, and refer to the size chart on the detail page.
  • If your dog's size is between two sizes, please choose the next size up!
  • Sizes vary depending on the product, dog weight and breed, and the right size can ensure a better fit and comfort.
  • Prioritizing the larger measurement (neck or snout cir) when one exceeds the standard range. (eg. Snout Cir: 25cm', Neck Cir: 49cm , select the Size L, NOT Size M)
  • After purchase, please read the instruction manual carefully and watch the video to learn how to use the head collar correctly for a better experience! (Otherwise, the product effect may be reduced.)
  • It is normal for dogs to have initial resistance, not a problem with the head collar itself. Be patient - follow the instructions and video and continue training with treats and encouragement (1-2 hours per day) to help your dog adjust.
  • If your dog cannot open his mouth after wearing the headcollar, check the fit of the head halter - it may be too tight or incorrectly positioned. Adjust the snout clasp of the head collar to allow full jaw movement.
